Organic white radish is salted, spiced with timur and chili, and naturally fermented at Othbar into a crisp pickle that cuts through rich curries and rice dishes.
Serve 1–2 tablespoons alongside every rice meal, use in sandwiches for crunch, chop into salad, or eat straight from the jar as a snack. The juice makes an excellent salad dressing base.
Refrigerate after opening. Pickle continues to ferment slowly — flavour evolves over weeks.
