This short-grain rice variety grown at Othbar delivers the soft, slightly sticky texture favoured in East Asian cooking — organically cultivated at high altitude for clean, pure flavour.
Rinse thoroughly. Use 1:1.2 rice-to-water ratio. Soak 20 minutes optional. Cook in rice cooker or pot on low heat. Perfect for onigiri-style balls, rice bowls, and plain steamed rice with ezay.
