About this product

One-headed garlic (Allium sativum var.) grows in compact single bulbs with exceptionally strong flavour. Othbar dries whole bulbs slowly to concentrate their pungency and health properties.

How to use

Peel and crush or slice into curries, ezay, and meat dishes. Steep crushed cloves in hot water with ginger for a traditional cold remedy. Grind to powder for spice blends.

Keep whole bulbs dry and ventilated. Do not refrigerate unless peeled.
