Wild-harvested nakey (fiddlehead fern) dried at peak season — a prized Bhutanese delicacy with earthy, forest-fresh flavour.
The full story
Nakey is one of Bhutan\'s most celebrated wild vegetables, gathered from clean mountain slopes and carefully dried to preserve its tender character and deep green goodness.
Rehydrate in warm water for 30 minutes, rinse well, then sauté with butter, garlic, and chili for a classic side dish. Also excellent in soups and with dried cheese.
Store sealed away from moisture and pests. A cool pantry is ideal.
