Named for its regional origin, Dawayangkum rice represents the diversity of Bhutanese rice culture. Othbar cultivates it using traditional organic methods for authentic mountain flavour.
Rinse and cook with standard 1:1.5 water ratio. Rest before serving. Enjoy with gundruk, dried vegetables, and dollay condiments.
