How to brew

Steep 1 teaspoon in hot water (90°C) for 5 minutes. Lovely iced in summer with a honey drizzle. Do not over-steep — becomes bitter after 8 minutes. Blends well with green tea for a mojito-style drink.

Airtight tin away from moisture. Fragrance fades after 12 months.
